Gen Strings draws upon the specialized expertise of our teaching artists: an eclectic group of dynamic and authentic musicians. Our classes inspire young string players to generate new possibilities, find their voice, and share it.

All classes are held on Zoom, moderated by Rachel and Neil. Sessions are recorded--you can play along with the replays of your group as many times as you want during the series! String teachers are also invited to participate.

The Monthly Lecture Series is a new and exciting online opportunity for participants to gather clear and effective ideas on a variety of pedagogical topics for development and use in their own violin and viola studios. Each week will consist of a one hour lecture-style presentation, followed by a 30-minute question and answer session for further clarification. All lectures will be presented on Zoom. The Summer Lecture Series is offered through the North Texas School of Talent Education and is not eligible for SAA Registration.
